NERSC
We also have a super computing resource outside of UW. NERSC provides us an access to CORI, so here is what you have to do to use it.
1. Make an account
Here is a link to create new account. You can join the project by searching Anne’s name. The account have to be accepted into the group by Anne in order to continue
2. Set up the MFA
NERSC already provided a detailed guide on how to enable the MFA on the account.
3. Accessing and running the jobs
Once your MFA is activated you can got in CORI via terminal with command ssh xxx@cori.nersc.gov Replacing xxx with your NERSC account username.
One logged on, you can do everything like any other supercomputer environment.
Note that if you need an access to GPU on CORI, you need to fill out the request here
